Included the Scala `foreachBatch` route: `StreamingForeachBatchHelper.scalaForeachBatchWrapper` now deserializes through `UdfSerialization` as well, with an entry-point test that fails if it goes back to `Utils.deserialize`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
