Added a migration guide entry here too, same as #59135, since this is also user-facing with ANSI off: `from_unixtime(9223372036855)` used to return `-290308-12-21 19:59:05` (UTC) and now fails with `DATETIME_OVERFLOW`, like `timestamp_seconds`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
