The 2026-10-05 review was pinned to `50bf5bddcc5` because the PR tracks `serge-rielau_data/SPARK-59275`, not `SPARK-59275`. That branch is now `e08ece68087` on current master. P2s: - Direct JVM/buffer/DDL/analyze coverage is in `PythonCharVarcharRejectSuite` plus Classic/Connect Aggregator and UDTF tests (including return-before-buffer when both are constrained). - Constructors run only the CHAR/VARCHAR predicate; Arrow/Pandas return checks stay lazy. - Map-value CHAR/VARCHAR recursion is covered.
