### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR aims to use `spark` release name for `helm uninstall` in `watched-namespaces` E2E test. ### Why are the changes needed? SPARK-53639 changed the release name of `helm install` to `spark`, but missed the corresponding `helm uninstall`.
