Thanks @venkata91, I checked b4f98b9d37. `getOrCreateIsolatedSession` now
throws `INVALID_HANDLE.SESSION_CHANGED` inside the `computeIfAbsent` creation
function, after `validateSessionCreate`, so a closed or still-closing id still
gets `SESSION_CLOSED` first and nothing is inserted. The three new tests cover
an absent key, a stale client after an opted-in expiry, and a closed key with
an observed id. The conf doc and the `docs/configuration.md` row now describe
`SESSION_CHANGED` for the old client, the empty new session, and setting the
conf again.
