### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR assigns a formal error class `UNSUPPORTED_STORE_ASSIGNMENT_POLICY` to the legacy temporary error `_LEGACY_ERROR_TEMP_1000`. Changes include: - Added `UNSUPPORTED_STORE_ASSIGNMENT_POLICY` definition to `error-conditions.json`. - Updated `legacyStoreAssignmentPolicyError` in `QueryCompilationErrors.scala` to use the new error class and `toSQLConf()`. - Migrated tests in `AlignMergeAssignmentsSuite.scala` and `AlignUpdateAssignmentsSuite.scala` to use `checkError()`. ### Why are the changes needed? This change is part of the ongoing effort to standardize Spark's error messages by assigning named error classes to temporary legacy errors. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
