@cloud-fan addressed in cbef594a838. Beyond the inline fixes: new tests cover union, grouping sets, offset, the repartition family, multiplicity through join, union and grouping sets, cached, stream and DSv2 sources, and the DPP hint tests now run in the V2 suites.
