Restored CSE sharing through always-evaluated With definitions, keeping guarded definitions and unbound references excluded. Added shared-input and body-sharing execution tests, plus coverage for conditional, unused, fallback, lambda and shadowed references. All 382 tests passed across 11 suites using freshly compiled sources against the cached SBT test classpath. Benchmarks were not rerun. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
