Thank you for the review and approval, @peter-toth. 1. Right. `TaskSchedulerImpl.stop` still waits for the pending `abortTimer` tasks because of SPARK-46895, and this PR doesn't change it. I'll handle it separately with a new JIRA issue. 2. Thank you.
