Thank you for the review, @sarutak. For `SnappyOutputStream`, snappy-java 1.1.10.12 in `master` already closes the wrapped stream when `flush()` fails in `close()`, since https://github.com/xerial/snappy-java/pull/744, which was first released in 1.1.10.9. However, `branch-4.x` and `branch-4.1` use 1.1.10.8 and `branch-4.0` uses 1.1.10.7, where it behaves like the others.
