The documentation follow-up is now at
`2c9cf51932d005c3f62626bc974ce038b8e768af`. Its [Notify test
workflow](https://github.com/apache/spark/actions/runs/40048804104/job/120736555131)
fails with `There was a new unsynced commit pushed. Please retrigger the
workflow.`

I checked the fork: Actions is enabled and `build_main.yml` is active, but
the exact new SHA has no workflow run or check run. The workflow supports
`push` only, with no `workflow_dispatch`. The previous [successful
Build](https://github.com/xgbtxy/spark/actions/runs/39878240762) belongs to
`f886f78b`, so rerunning it would not validate this new SHA. I have not
identified why this push produced no visible fork run.

Is there a supported way to trigger the fork Build for the current SHA and
restore the upstream notification? The follow-up changes only the migration
guide. Investigation assisted by Codex.
