This is still affecting the status updater as of October 26. For example, #59036's [upstream Build check](https://github.com/apache/spark/runs/120599968571) remains queued, although its [fork CI run](https://github.com/szehon-ho/spark/actions/runs/40007567459) has completed successfully after rerunning the UI test.
