This PR adds Structured Streaming SQL golden tests that run with
`Trigger.AvailableNow` through `StreamingSQLQueryTestSuite`.
The new inputs adapt representative queries from the batch SQL golden suite

- generators and correlated `UNNEST`;
- `UNPIVOT`, event-time `PIVOT`, and `SELECT * EXCEPT`;
- `GROUP BY ALL`, aliases, ordinals, aggregate `FILTER`, and `HAVING`;
- pipe operators; and
- stream-static joins written with `USING` and `NATURAL JOIN`.
Both execution and analyzer golden files are included.
