Thank you for the review and approval, @peter-toth. You're right. I
confirmed it on the head: `size(explode(array(id))) > 0`, `posexplode`,
`inline`, and `explode(array(id)) IS NOT NULL` pass `CREATE TABLE` and `REPLACE
TABLE`, and every later write fails with
`UNSUPPORTED_GENERATOR.OUTSIDE_SELECT`. I'd like to keep this PR to aggregate
and window functions, and I'll handle generators in a separate JIRA issue and
PR.
