Fixed.
IsJson is added to the JSON arm of
ResolverGuard.isGenerallySupportedExpression, and ResolverGuardSuite gets cases
for SELECT '{}' IS JSON, SELECT '{}' IS NOT JSON OBJECT and SELECT NULL IS JSON.
