Thank you for the review, @viirya. I updated the PR description to say that removing the fallback is part of the fix. I measured that variant too: with the first cast in ANSI mode and the fallback kept, a non-ANSI session read each `TIMESTAMP_NTZ` directory with a valid date and an invalid time that I tried, such as `a=2020-01-01 xyz` or `a=2020-01-01 25%3A00%3A00`, as `2020-01-01 00:00:00` instead of `NULL`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
