e305457 keeps a failure of `pruneColumns` in `ColumnarScan`, so that its planner is asked to prune at most once and no other planner is created, and inlines `ColumnarProjection` into its single caller, from @dongjoon-hyun's review of #59934 (https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/59934#discussion_r4472784509, https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/59934#discussion_r4472784583), whose diff includes this PR.
