Yea definitely very exciting feature.
Also, should we consider getting rid of EAGER_SCHEMA_RESOLUTION and the
case classes, and just have a schemaResolutionRatio. If it is 0.0, then it is
purely lazy; if it is greater than 0.0, then ...
