I've pushed an update to:
* rely on yarn to call `stopApplication` after the NM comes back
* write one executor per key in leveldb
I still need to make this safe to potential updates in the future, in
particular:
- [ ] Add some versioning to the overall db
- [ ] write the records out in some safe format. How do we feel about
using protobuf here?
