It appears kcl pulls in 1.10.20. I'm all for dropping the explicit
dependency. That probably wouldn't have prevented the regression in Spark
1.5.2 though. At any rate, the jackson bump is necessary if someone wants to
use the latest aws sdk (e.g. for Firehose).
