[SPARK-12665][CORE][GRAPHX] Remove deprecated and unused classes
Whole code of Vector.scala and GraphKryoRegistrator are no longer used so
it's time to remove them in Spark 2.0.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/sarutak/spark SPARK-12665
