@steveloughran this adds uniVocity-parsers as a dependency to SparkSQL.
With assembly jar distribution, that jar will be included. If/When Spark moves
away from assembly jar distribution, the uniVocity-parsers jar needs to be in
classpath same way other dependencies should be.
