Could you please check out the errors in the Jenkins log, which give commands, e.g.: ProblemFilters.exclude[IncompatibleMethTypeProblem]("org.apache.spark.mllib.tree.impurity.Variance.calculate") to be put in spark/project/MimaExcludes.scala That should fix the unit test issue.
