Hey @mridulm I usually won't merge any code in the scheduler unless
@markhamstra or @kayhousterhout has looked at it and signed off, since they are
the most active maintainers of this code. That might be a good practice to
follow in the future. We can try to come up with a list of maintainers to make
it more clear who should be consulted for code in various parts of Spark.
