Shall we switch to `absTol` and `relTol` instead? I feel `*Tol` is better than `*Err` because we are testing an equality with tolerance but not error. MATLAB also uses tolerance: http://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/matlab.unittest.constraints.tolerance-class.html
