[SPARK-14871][SQL] Disable StatsReportListener to declutter output
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Spark SQL inherited from Shark to use the StatsReportListener.
Unfortunately this clutters the spark-sql CLI output and makes it very
difficult to read the actual query results.
## How was this patch tested?
Built and tested in spark-sql CLI.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/rxin/spark SPARK-14871
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/12635.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
