@xwu0226 Ah, for example, it seems a new method,
`CSVInferSchema.inferSchemaFromRDD(..)`, seems introduced here while
`CSVInferSchema.infer(...)` is already implemented. For JSON
`InferSchema.infer(...)` seems responsible for both cases.
BTW, more importantly, it seems arguable to add new APIs.
