+1 for multiple outputs. Deep NN Regression with multiple outputs has
gotten state of the art performance on object localization tasks.
Let's have a conversation about the public API for activations but also for
flexible neural network models in general - I'll put together a design doc and
ping you on JIRA as well as break the activation functions into another PR.
