[MINOR][EXAMPLES] Window function examples ## What changes were proposed in this pull request? An example that explains the usage of window functions. It shows the difference between no/unbounded/bounded window frames and how they are resolved. The example also embraces 2 ways to define window frames: based on physical (rowsBetween) and logical (rangeBetween) offsets. The example should be useful for people who do not have much experience with window functions since it explains how Spark internally deals with window frames. ## How was this patch tested? The existing tests were run, no failures. No additional test cases are needed.
