[SPARK-16503] SparkSession should provide Spark version
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This patch adds the following to SparkSession:
```scala
/** The version of Spark on which this application is running. */
def version: String = SPARK_VERSION
```
## How was this patch tested?
Manual test.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/lw-lin/spark add-version
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/14165.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
