[SPARK-15869][Streaming]Fix a potential NPE in
StreamingJobProgressListener.getBatchUIData
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Moved `asScala` to a `map` to avoid NPE.
## How was this patch tested?
Existing unit tests.
