    @cloud-fan Actually, all hive table partition metadata are retrieved for 
every query analysis. This is then used to compare the new metadata with the 
cached metadata. If they're the same, then we can use the cached table. 
However, if they differ, then all of the partition files are loaded, the schema 
is inferred, a new `HadoopFsRelation` is created and cached.
