Condition 2 is not always true when condition 1 is `true`. I found an
exception.
```Scala
val schema = StructType(StructField("b", StringType, true) :: Nil)
sparkSession.catalog.createExternalTable(
"createdParquetTable",
"parquet",
schema,
Map.empty[String, String])
```
I think this is a bug. Do you want to fix it in this PR? Or I can fix it in
another PR?
