[SPARK-17364][SQL][WIP][Don't MERGE][POC] Allow number to be used in identifier ## What changes were proposed in this pull request? This is a proof of concept. With this PR, we can support syntax like ``` SELECT * FROM TEMP.1232_LIST SELECT * FROM 123DD ``` ## How was this patch tested?
