    @gatorsmile After some more thoughts, I think this PR doesn't need to be 
blocked by the global conf PR, users can still use `SET 
spark.sql.globalTempDatabase` to check the global temp database. If it's 
`<undefined>`, then it's the default value. If we set a custom value when 
launching this Spark application, then the `SET` command will show it, as we 
put all Spark conf to SQL conf when creating a session.
