    Instead of doing this by modifying the predicate logic, I think that we 
should just add a rule in `HiveTypeCoercion` that finds `BinaryPredicates` 
where one side is a string and the other side is a timestamp and adds a `Cast`. 
 Perhaps in `PromoteStrings`?
