This is just a testing artifact at the moment.
At some point, I had these tests failing with spark nightly build.
Something somewhere changed (which I did no pursue what it was) and they
started passing. If you really think, it is important to isolate I can try that
too. But for this JIRA, I just felt it might be good to have these tests.
