This introduces a whole new config property. I think the suggestion was to
base it off of some existing property, like page size? @JoshRosen would be best
positioned to comment on that. We can more narrowly fix the problem of
exceeding Int.MaxValue as you did before if that is a non-trivial problem in
real use.
