I think the failure is due to one more [skipped
test](https://amplab.cs.berkeley.edu/jenkins/job/SparkPullRequestBuilder/70890/testReport/pyspark.sql.tests/HiveContextSQLTests/test_unbounded_frames/).
The skip message is
> Unittest < 3.3 doesn't support mocking
Any idea how that can be related to this PR?
