@felixcheung Thanks so much for your quick and detailed review. I have made
a new commit that removed dependency on `statmod` and fixed the issues you
pointed out. The major change is to add `variancePower` and `linkPower` as
arguments in `spark.glm` to avoid using the `tweedie` family from `statmod`.
Let me know if this design is reasonable. Then I can update additional docs and
the vignette. Thanks!
