@brkyvz Updated the PR to remove ```defaultMessageHandler()``` from
```KinesisUtils``` in favor of keeping this method in
```KinesisInputDStream```. My thought here was that this would be a better
place for it since we've put ```KinesisUtils``` on the deprecation path.
