    Similar to the LeftSemi/LeftAnti over Aggregate, pushing down 
LeftSemi/LeftAnti under a Union means we need to repeat the processing of 
LeftSemi/LeftAnti once for each branch of the Union.
    
    This code is added to preserve the existing behaviour.
