The serialized field after `KryoEncoder` is a binary. So I guess it can't
easily convert between Dataset and DataFrame. You can't convert the result of
`collect_set` to a `Dataset[Set[T]]`.
You still loss the set property when using `KryoEncoder`. The set property
is only kept when you manipulate the domain objects. The serialization format
doesn't necessarily to keep the properties of the original objects.
