[SPARK-21229][SQL] remove QueryPlan.preCanonicalized
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
`QueryPlan.preCanonicalized` is only implemented by `CatalogRelation`, and
it does introduce an extra concept to `QueryPlan` which may confuse people.
This PR removes it and override `canonicalized` in `CatalogRelation`
## How was this patch tested?
existing tests
