[MINOR][LAUNCHER]remove never used String in SparkLauncher ## What changes were proposed in this pull request? remove EXECUTOR_MEMORY and EXECUTOR_CORES in SparkLauncher, they never used it. ## How was this patch tested? existing test cases.
