I don't fully agree :)...
1. You can use `SQLConf.get` for this. Or you can wire up the rules using
the `SessionStateBuilder`.
2. I am reluctant to change this for a minor version. I don't think the
Hive approach is very good for UX.
3. People are also going to complain if do change it.
