[DO-NOT-MERGE] Investigate if changes in flume.py actually triggeres related tests ## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Do not merge this. Seems the changes in `flume.py` not actually triggering related tests. It's easy to test on Jenkins env. ## How was this patch tested?
