It looks like executorIds are assigned by the cluster manager, so in
principle they could be arbitrary strings but in practice they seem to not
contain special characters that would need special escaping (such as spaces).
The application master log viewer (LogPage.scala) doesn't perform any
URL-encoding or escaping of executorIds, so I'm not sure that we need to do it
here.
