I hit an issue when using this script to prepare 2.4.0 rc1
```
useradd: UID 0 is not unique
The command '/bin/sh -c useradd -m -s /bin/bash -p spark-rm -u $UID
spark-rm' returned a non-zero code: 4
```
Any ideas about how to resolve it?
