    [SPARK-23285][DOC][FOLLOWUP] Fix missing markup tag

    This adds a missing markup tag. This should go to `master/branch-2.4`.
    
    ## How was this patch tested?
    
    Manual via `SKIP_API=1 jekyll build`.
